Ethics guides every action of the Group: The ethical principles shared across the Group guide the way we do business, manage our activities and build relationships with people.
The Code of Ethics has the ambition to be the identity card of Eneretica ethics, founded on the basis of the growing attention to the principles for the proper and efficient management of the company and its social responsibility, by virtue of which it generates the need to disclose in a single text the values that must be considered fundamental within the Eneretica group.
The code of ethics, defined and approved by the Board of Directors, expressed in systematic terms, states in a single document, the fundamental ethical principles that the company recognizes, accepts and shares as a guide for the business conduct of those who work within the Company, adopting principles of legitimacy, transparency and verifiability.
The Eneretica Group was established with the aim of putting expertise, technologies and services at the service of energy efficiency and the development of renewable energy sources, in line with market needs and its ongoing evolution.
The companies of the Eneretica Group adopt and apply a shared Code of Ethics. When selecting partnerships and business relationships, the Group takes into account their consistency with the principles set out in the Code.
Eneretica makes its expertise available to develop and deliver strategies and services both for Group companies and for businesses interested in the Italian market.
The continuous search for new technologies, business models and approaches, services and their application in the Italian market lies at the heart of Eneretica’s activities. Eneretica identifies the most appropriate positioning for technologies and the most suitable applications for different market segments, while also carrying out research and development activities.
By Ethics, we mean a set of principles and values that form part of the philosophy and business model of the Eneretica Group companies and guide conduct both within the organisation and in its relationships with external stakeholders.
