The ethical soul of our company has led us almost spontaneously towards the formal transformation into a Benefit Company. We realized that the corporate behaviors and strategies implemented for years were fully part of those actions that the benefit companies undertake to carry out. Benefit companies are profit-making companies that formally undertake, through the amendment of the company by-laws, to respect higher standards of purpose, intensifying social and environmental responsibility and transparency. Benefit companies pursue one or more purposes of common benefit, integrating the intention of generating a positive impact on society (collaborators, customers, suppliers, reference communities) and on the environment into their corporate purpose.
